Welcome to the design guide for the EpicBooth Showcase. This guide provides you with essential specifications to prepare your visual content to ensure it displays optimally on our 37" monitor integrated into the booth.

1. Display Content for 37" Monitor

File Requirements:

  • Format: Acceptable file formats include .mp4 for videos and .jpg for images.

  • Resolution: Ensure your files are formatted to the exact pixel dimensions to ensure optimal display quality.

  • Dimensions: 1080 x 3840 pixels. This unique size ensures that your content utilises the full screen of the vertical monitor.

Content Tips:

  • Design your visuals to make a striking impression with high-resolution imagery.

  • For videos, keep transitions smooth as the elongated display can exaggerate motion.

2. User Interface Customisation

Screen Specifications:

  • The user interface of the booth allows for customization with either a still image or video background.

  • Format: Acceptable file formats include .mp4 for videos and .jpg for images.

  • Resolution: Ensure your files are formatted to the exact pixel dimensions to ensure optimal display quality.

  • Dimensions: The booth's control screen has a resolution of 2752 x 2064 pixels at 264 ppi.

  • Interactive Area: The bottom portion of the screen, where booth controls are displayed, should not have critical design elements. This area is primarily for user interaction and will overlay any background image or video.

  • Max File Size: 20mb

Designing for Interaction:

  • Keep the lower part of your design simple to accommodate the booth controls without obstructing usability.

  • Consider a gradient or subtle pattern that complements the overlay controls but does not overwhelm the text and buttons.

  • Ensure all designs are reviewed for compliance with the specified dimensions and resolutions.
